Reps: 10 reps, hold 5 seconds each

Open mouth in 'O' shape, smile wide while keeping lips over teeth, place fingers lightly on cheekbones, lift and lower cheeks.

The Jaw Definer

Targets: Jowls and jawline

Reps: 15 reps

Tilt head back, push lower jaw forward, feel stretch under chin, hold 5 seconds, return to neutral. Repeat.

Targets: Forehead lines

Reps: 10 reps, hold 10 seconds

Place both hands on forehead, fingers spread, gently sweep hands outward while raising eyebrows.

Place index fingers under eyes, look up, squint lower lids upward, hold 5 seconds, release.

Targets: Thinning lips

Reps: 15 reps

Pucker lips as if kissing, hold 5 seconds, smile wide, hold 5 seconds. Alternate.

Targets: Sagging neck

Reps: 10 reps, hold 10 seconds

Sit straight, tilt head back, press tongue to roof of mouth firmly, feel neck muscles engage.

Targets: Nasolabial folds

Reps: 10 reps, hold 5 seconds

Smile without showing teeth, force corners of mouth up as high as possible, hold, release.

The Temple Lifter

Targets: Hollow temples

Reps: 10 reps

Place fingers on temples, gently press, raise eyebrows high, hold 5 seconds.

The Double Chin Eliminator

Targets: Double chin

Reps: 20 reps

Tilt head back 45 degrees, stick tongue out toward nose, hold 10 seconds, repeat.

The Cheekbone Sculptor

Targets: Hollow cheeks

Reps: 15 reps

Suck cheeks in (fish face), hold 10 seconds, puff cheeks out, hold 10 seconds. Alternate.

The Eye Bag Reducer

Targets: Puffy eyes

Reps: 10 reps each side

Place middle fingers at inner corners of eyebrows, apply pressure, look up, raise lower lids.

The Full Face Relaxer

Targets: Overall tension

Reps: Hold 30 seconds

Close eyes, take deep breath, scrunch entire face tight, hold 5 seconds, release, massage face gently.
